Post 100!!! Fixate Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites!

Fixate Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites! 

I had to make mine & Matt's favorite combo in celebration of the 100th post! These bites are so easy to make - and eat- and they are WAYYYY less guilt than the Reese's brand!!



You Will Need: 
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1 cup all naturalPeanut Butter
8 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp. coconut oil

Directions:
1. Blend or Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate! 
2. You will eventually need to use your HANDS to get a big dough ball
3. Spray hands with coconut oil
4. Make 1 inch balls and place on a baking pan covered with parchment paper


5. Stick a tooth pick in every one
6. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes
7. Boil water in a small pot and place a bowl on top
8. Place chocolate and coconut oil in the bowl, as it heats up mix together
9. Once the chocolate is melted, dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate! 
10. Remove toothpicks and enjoy! Keep in refrigerator or freezer for an hour to get hard!
