Pesto Melts!

I told you guys, I LOVE to eat Italian and I am always trying to find ways to keep it healthier!!!! This is a WIN!


You Will Need:

- Your choice of multigrain or whole wheat bread
- Pesto spread (I use Trader Joe's brand)
- Beef or Roma tomatoes
- Oregano
- Dried Basil
- Salt
-Pepper
- Optional parmesan cheese for topping

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Generously spread pesto onto bread slices and top with tomato slices
3. Sprinkle with seasoning
4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until bread starts to crisp
5. Enjoy!!!
