Apple Vanilla Shakeo!!!
I don't think I need to tell you that this was delicious because the title already implies that ;) ENJOY shakeo drinkers!!!
You Will Need:
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Dash of vanilla extract
1 cup of almost milk (plain or vanilla flavored)
Optional: you could even toss in 1/2 to a whole apple (diced up that is) to give it even more of an apple flavor!
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!!!!! Cannot wait to make this again!!!
