One Pan Ground Turkey Mix!

I don't know why I haven't thought about this before - seriously guys, the easiest quick and healthy dinner with MINIMAL clean up! The only prep work is to make sure you have defrosted ground turkey meat!!!
You Will Need:
1lb. of ground turkey meat
2 tbsp. olive oil
Veggies*
Dash of Cumin
Dash of Chili Powder
Dash of Paprika
Dash of pepper
Toppings of your choice!
That's IT!
*Here are some suggestions based on what we did but you could mix anything...
1/2 onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Tomato
1 can of Corn
1 can of Black Beans
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil on stovetop and saute onion and pepper (if applicable)
2. Add in ground turkey and any softer vegetables
3. Cook on low for about 15 minutes or until meat is browned (ours had a lot of tomato juice so the meat never got too dark)
4. Serve with your choice of avocado, salsa, or hot sauce! You could also serve on top of brown rice!
