Vegan Mac N Cheese!

Vegan Mac N Cheese! 

The thing I miss the MOST about cheese is melted cheese on things - over pasta, in a sandwich on bread, on my tacos! This totally satisfied my melted cheese craving and it was SO filling! Probably because it's protein packed, see below!!! 


You Will Need:
1 can cannellini beans, cooked
1/2 cup almond milk
5 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
Dash of tumeric
Pasta 
(I actually used a quinoa based pasta from Trader Joe's it was delicious! But you can use anything!) 


Directions:

1. Start boiling water for the pasta

2.  Add all other ingredients to blender (except pasta!) 

3. Blend together and then transfer to stovertop

4. Heat on low and stir occasionally

5. Continue cooking pasta according to directions

6. Stir in cooked pasta when done! You can always add more milk or water if you want a thinner texture!
