Today's Menu: Crockpot Pork Chops!
SUPER easy and minimal ingredients! This is a great weeknight dinner!

You Will Need:
- 3-4 Pork Chops
- 2 Apples
- 1 onion (white or yellow)
- 10 oz. Chicken Broth
- Salt
- Pepper




* This was one of my freezer crockpot meals, so I chopped up the apple and onion ahead of time and froze them with the pork chops in a gallon zip lock bag.  If you are going this route, take the bag out of the freezer the night before and place it in the refrigerator to thaw. When you add to the crockpot, add in the spices and broth! 

Directions:
- Chop apple and onion. You can peel the apple, if you prefer, but the skin has a lot of fiber!
- Place everything into the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. 
- Serve immediately!
