Shakeology Birthday Cake Protein Bites!

Okay guys, it's a stretch to say that these are a substitute for birthday cake! They are sweet and they do taste good, but very few things in this world are as amazing as birthday cake :) Imagine a soft oatmel banana cookie, these taste similar to that. So I warned you! Here we go!

You Will Need: 
1 and 1/2 scoops of Vanilla Shakeology
1 and 1/4 cup oats
1 REALLY ripe Banana
1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional: finely chopped almonds

*Note that you are going to pulse all these things without any liquid. Hence, the banana is the softest thing and needs to be REALLY ripe. If you are still struggling, add the tiniest amount of water! 



Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients and pulse in a food processor or blender
(Warning: messy.) 

2. Place mixture in a bowl and let it refrigerate for at least one hour

3. Remove from refrigerator and roll into one inch balls

4. Add sprinkles if you would like! 

5. Enjoy!
