Today's Menu: Ground Turkey Spinach Meatballs!

We love Italian foods more than anything else! I am always looking for new healthy hacks for Italian cooking, this one is definitely a keeper :) 

You Will Need:
- One package of lean ground turkey meat (defrosted)
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach (fresh and chopped or frozen thawed spinach)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Any Additional Seasonings You Prefer:
- Oregano
- Salt
-Pepper
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet
2. Whisk egg in a separate bowl by itself
3. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl (may need to chop up turkey meat!) 



3. Using your hands, create meatballs about 1-1.5 inches in diameter and place on the baking sheet
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until meat on the outside is completely browned!
