Today's Menu: ALMOST 21 Day Fix Approved Buffalo Chicken Dip!

So it's Football Sunday #2 and I am at it again! Working on ways to keep our lazy, munching Sundays a tad bit healthier but still enjoyable!

I found this recipe on Pinterest and tweeked it slightly, making it ALMOST 21 Day Fix Approved, but not completely clean and approved. I will explain why at the bottom :)

These portions were just for Matt and I but it was MORE than enough, this would probably be a comfortable serving for 4 people. I would double or triple it if bringing it to a party.

You Will Need:

6 Tablespoons of shredded chicken
5 Tablespoons of plain greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon of light sour cream
1/2 Cup of shredded cheese
A few dashes of hot sauce
1/3 Cup of Buffalo Sauce

Directions:

1. Defrost and cook your chicken plain, with just a little salt and pepper seasoning. We did ours on the stovetop, you could bake it as well. Meanwhile, you need to preheat the oven to 375 degrees for the final product.

2. Shred chicken apart

3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a baking pan (or if you like extra dishes or want the final product to look really neat, a bowl and then a baking pan)

4. Bake the dip at 375 for 15 minutes.

Optional: Take out around 12 minutes, sprinkle a little more cheese on top, and finish baking!

5. ENJOY! Serve with pita chips, celery, etc.

How to make this 21 Day Fix Approved?
* The 21DF recipe called for no sour cream and 6 tablespoons of yogurt. I feel like I always overdo the yogurt and you can taste it, so that's why I balanced it out with that one scoop of sour cream.

*The 21DF recipe also called for only hot sauce (1/2 cup) and no buffalo sauce. If you like spicy, you could definitely do this and save a lot of calories/artificial ingredients. I knew this would have been too hot for us to enjoy, so we added in buffalo sauce.
