FRUIT PIZZA!!!!

FRUIT PIZZA!!!!

Totally hooked. I will be making this all summer long with fun seasonal fruits!


You Will Need:

Crust:
3 ripe bananas (mashed) 
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup almond flour
3 tbsp. honey

Icing: 
16 oz. low fat vanilla yogurt
4 oz. (1/2 container) of lite cool whip
1/2 packet of instant vanilla jello pudding

Toppings:
fruits of your choice, chopped or sliced! 


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl. Spread evenly over a pizza pan (spray with cooking oil first!) 

3. Cook crust for 20-22 minutes, you want it to be cooked but not burnt or even crisp.

4. While crust is cooking, combine all icing ingredients together and whip thoroughly. This is also a great time to chop up fruit toppings.

5. Once crust is done, allow it to cool for at least 20 minutes.  Also leave the icing out so that it gets close to room temperature.

6. Evenly spread the icing over the crust and top with any fruit of your choice! 

7. Store in refrigerator until serving. Enjoy!
